The automatic strand conveying system (ASC) and semi-automatic strand conveying system (SCP) of the water strand pelletizing system can automatically introduce the extruded strands into the feed port of the pelletizer through the cold water trough and the downstream conveyor belt. It has an automatic start device to facilitate the start-up operation. The system re-feeds the strands to avoid any equipment failure caused by broken strands. It is suitable for various materials, simplifies the equipment, reduces the wear rate, and ensures that the material passes through the entire width of the head body and extrude uniform and consistent strands.

1. Suitable for high-volume pelletizing, with output ranging from 50 kg/hour to 25 tons/hour.
2. Suitable for round particles with a diameter of ≤1 mm, such as masterbatches and functional masterbatches with small dosage.
3. Suitable for pelletizing soft materials with a hardness less than Shore A 40, such as TPR/TPE/TPV elastomers and EVA hot melt adhesives.
4. The product has a smooth appearance, good fluidity, and fewer limiting factors in terms of output.
