HLD Extrusion Delivers 35mm Air-Cooled Twin-Screw Extruder Line to Australia for Polymer Research

Last week, Henglande- Extrusion successfully shipped a 35mm laboratory twin-screw extruder line to a customer in Australia. This customized line features a 22kW motor and an air-cooled circular barrel design, making it ideal for small-scale material testing and R&D applications.

The system includes a water strand pelletizing unit, offering precise and consistent pellet formation for various polymer formulations. With its compact structure and efficient cooling system, this air-cooled extruder is particularly suited for heat-sensitive materials and experimental batches.
