The flexible modular design is achieved with screw barrel sections offered in a variety of configurations. These sections are water-cooled via an internal bore system, with the bores situated near the inner barrel wall.

We utilize horizontal CNC and advanced machining techniques to process the inner and pin holes simultaneously, ensuring the barrel's coaxial degree is within 0.02mm. Using a state-of-the-art 3D measuring instrument, we control the tolerances of each row of the cylinder.

With cooling channel and fixed screw hole for heaters.
