Our twin screw extruder conveying threaded elements are core modular spare parts for co-rotating twin screw extrusion systems. Adopting high-quality 38CrMoAl nitrided steel and W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel as base materials, all screw segments undergo strict integral quenching, tempering and deep nitriding heat treatment, achieving high surface hardness, strong wear resistance and excellent anti-fatigue performance. The products feature precise CNC integrated machining, smooth tooth profile, accurate spline tolerance, stable material conveying speed and uniform feeding effect.
