Our twin screw extruder conveying threaded elements are core modular spare parts for co-rotating twin screw extrusion systems. Adopting high-quality 38CrMoAl nitrided steel and W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel as base materials, all screw segments undergo strict integral quenching, tempering and deep nitriding heat treatment, achieving high surface hardness, strong wear resistance and excellent anti-fatigue performance. The products feature precise CNC integrated machining, smooth tooth profile, accurate spline tolerance, stable material conveying speed and uniform feeding effect. These conveying segments are widely applicable for various plastic compounding, masterbatch production, plastic recycling, filler modification and polymer blending production lines, perfectly matching common extrusion working sections such as feeding conveying, transition conveying and venting conveying. We support full customized service of different outer diameters, pitches, lead lengths and structural specifications according to customer equipment parameters and production formulas.
