Twin Screw Extruder Mixing Elements, SME ZME TME Special Threaded Segments for High Filled Compounding

SME, ZME, TME special mixing threaded elements are professional customized mixing components developed for high-filled, high-viscosity and high-difficulty polymer compounding processes. Different from conventional conveying and kneading blocks, these special mixing segments adopt optimized variable pitch and special tooth profile design, which can realize strong distributive mixing and dispersive mixing without excessive shear heating, effectively solving the problems of uneven filler dispersion, material agglomeration and local overheating and carbonization in high-filler modification, fiber reinforcement and high-viscosity material processing. The products are made of high-quality alloy steel with fine finishing and strict nitriding treatment, featuring wear resistance, high temperature resistance and stable operation. They are widely used in calcium carbonate high filling, talcum powder modification, glass fiber reinforced plastics, flame-retardant engineering plastics and high-viscosity masterbatch production.
