We supply full-size high wear-resistant twin screw elements with a complete diameter range from φ12mm laboratory small extruders to φ71.5mm large industrial production extruders. In view of high wear working conditions such as waste plastic recycling, abrasive filler filling and high-load continuous production, we select high-standard 38CrMoAl nitrided steel, W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel and Stellite alloy wear-resistant materials. All screw segments undergo multiple heat treatment processes such as overall quenching, high-temperature tempering and deep ion nitriding, with super-high surface hardness, strong scratch resistance and ultra-long service life, which can effectively solve the problems of rapid wear, poor material mixing and frequent replacement of ordinary screw elements in recycling production. The products are precisely processed by imported CNC equipment, with accurate dimensions, good meshing performance and excellent self-cleaning effect, suitable for PET plastic recycling, PE/PP waste material granulation, plastic wood compounding and high-filler modified production lines.
