This Laboratory Twin Screw Extruder is designed for R&D and small scale production of nylon (PA) and long glass fiber (LFT) composites. The machine has efficient mixing and dispersing capabilities to ensure uniform glass fiber distribution and excellent material properties.

Precision temperature control system: multi-zone independent temperature control, accurate control of the temperature of each section in the extrusion process, adapting to the processing needs of different materials.

 

Modularized design: screw and barrel are modularized design, which is convenient for quick replacement and cleaning, and applicable to the adjustment of different formulas and process parameters.

 

High-torque drive: high-performance drive motor and reducer ensure the stable operation of the equipment under high filling rate and high viscosity materials.

 

Advanced control system: PLC control, equipped with touch screen interface, easy to operate, real-time monitoring and recording of key process parameters.

 

Feeding system: can be equipped with high-precision loss-in-weight feeder to ensure accurate proportioning and stable feeding of each component, or common feeding.
